As you know, I don’t consider the Flu to have a season. That being said, during the fall and winter months, due to the increased sugar intake, decreased Sunlight (Vitamin D), increased stress load, and decreased grounding the flu and other illnesses tend to run rampant.  

I get the question a lot, how do you keep you and your family healthy and away from viral and bacterial illness. I have created a priorities list here for you to look at, listing what is most important. Doing them all is best, but I recognize that depending on your lifestyle, it may be difficult to accomplish or seem like a big task. I have created a priorities list for you here
